Item under consideration is a vintage, mouth blown, cut crystal, 13 1/8 inch tall, WATERFORD ASHLing PATTERN DECANTER with original 4 3/4 inch cut STOPPER. The Ashling pattern is comprised of a series of fan, foliage, and panel cuts as described below. Produced by Waterford Crystal located in Kilmeade, Ireland. The Ashling pattern on the body of the decanter consists of ten 2 7/8 inch long x 1 inch wide vertical panel cuts situated along the base of the decanter.

There are four 2 inch tall cut fans positioned around the circumference of the center with alternating 4-petal foliage. The four inch long neck has 8 vertical oval panel cuts. The base has a cut 16 point star and an acid etched Waterford logo. The 4 3/4 inch long stopper has eight 2 1/2 inch long x 5/8 wide inch panel cuts and a flat top.
