Val St Lambert Osram Crystal Cut Wine Decanter, Vintage Belgium Panel 14 1/2

  

Osram (similar to Gevaert, Seville and Daxon but with a narrower neck and wider body). Motifs: 8 Cut Panels on the Neck, 12 Panels on the Body. Stopper: Controlled Teardrop Bubble, 6 Cut Panels on the Crown, 6 Cut Panels on the Neck. Measurements: nearly 5 1/2" outer diameter, 2" rim diameter, 12" high without the stopper and 14 1/2" to the finale. Weight, prepackaged: 2 lbs 9.7 oz.

Condition: The bottom edge of the stopper has a flat chip as seen in the photos. The decanter and balance of the stopper are free of chips, cracks, fleabites and repairs, including on the panel intersections. There are no notable marks from use or storage. The base is cut and polished with light shelf wear as expected.

The interior is exceptionally clean with only a hint of dust on the bottom. The glass is wonderfully clear and free of cloudiness with amazing resonance when tinged.

The stopper and neck are marked "175" indicating an original matching set. Osram is a classic pattern and will blend nicely into many sets or stand well on it's own. Pictures are of the item(s) you will receive.
