Lambert Cut Glass Decanter With Cut To Match Stopper Brilliant Period. It measures 12.75" high with the stopper and 9.25" high without the stopper, and 6.5 in diameter at the widest. It has a lot of chipping in the hobstars at the widest point of the decanter.

It has very minor residue on the inside. The stopper has some slight chipping in the pattern and an internal bruise on the plug. Please see photos for a better idea of condition. It could be American but it looks like Val to me and I found the pattern in the "Cristalleries du Val Saint-Lambert" catalog reprint; the pattern is called "3157/17".
