Gorham Sterling & Cut Glass Double Gourd Decanter/Carafe/Ewer. A Gorham sterling silver and cut glass decanter/carafe/ewer in a double gourd form. The glass is cut with a floriate design, some being painted gold.

There's some loss of gold paint. Additionally, the glass has some mineral spots, scratches and slight flea bites in areas and needs a cleaning. The silver mount needs a polish.

The silver top of the decanter has a cork inset and its original chain which connects to a silver loop beneath the top of the handle. The silver has a floriate design over all and beading. On the front of the spout, the beading is graduated in size.

The marks are on the neck, in front of the handle and can be difficult to see for that reason. The decanter is about 11-1/2" tall x 5-1/2" x 4-1/2 at largest dimensions.
