Flint Glass Early Cut Glass Decanter 1840-1865 Great Condition For 150+years Old
So please take the time to read this full description as well as all terms. Acquired from a Lancaster PA estate collectors of early glass including sandwich, flint and fabulous Victorian glass. My guess is this is either a Pittsburgh region piece or New England. There are some tiny bubbles, swirls etc.
This piece has the classic flint ring and the glass color has the slightest greyish tint. The condition is very good for a 150+ year old piece a few tiny pinpoint chips (see picture #5) that are really trivial and not worth mentioning. There are no cracks or cloudiness. The underside of the bottom shows light wear.The stopper is very clean no bruises or noticeable chips.
