Antique Qtr Sawn Oak Tantalus Set Nickle Trim 3 Cut Crystal Decanters withCollars
Fresh from another amazing estate in historic Williamsburg, VA -- This Antique English Tantalus is constructed of beautiful solid quarter sawn oak with nickel plated brass hardware. This does have the key! The Tantalus is marked and was manufactured by the BETJEMANN London company. The nickel plated hardware shows some wear and the overall structure is very solid.
The crystal is very old and original, with no chips or cracks. Each decanter was hand crafted and each top was individually made to fit its matching decanter. I did not clean them, however they are stunning! Dimensions are 15" wide and 13" tall, including handle. It is very large and heavy.
