Antique Pittsburgh Cut Flint Glass Decanter 19th Century. Offered for sale is a very nice Pittsburgh or at least Pittsburgh type decanter from the third quarter of the 19th century. It has light pinpoint pattern roughness, but overall nice.
The stopper appears to be very slightly oversize but looks extremely close and could be original. It is definitely the correct pattern stopper for the decanter.
The top of the lip is engraved "12", the stopper end appears to be engraved "11". For the record, there are a couple surface scuffs on the lip from when this was cut and there are also a few small cut marks on the base rim edge, also from when the pattern was cut. Measure 7&1/2" to the rim, 10&1/8" overall, slightly over 3 across the base. All items are guaranteed as described. WE WELCOME BUYERS OUTSIDE THE U.
