An antique sterling silver and cut glass decanter by Hukin & Heath of Birmingham, hallmarked for 1927. The neck of the decanter is cut, the rest of the bottle and the stopper have an optic pattern. The decanter glows under a black light. The decanter is approximately 13 inches tall. There is some old residue inside that I've not tried to clean out, there is a small chip/crack inside the top that is covered by the silver and there is a small nick to one facet (the tip of the pen is pointing to these), and there are some tiny dings and scratches to the sterling rim.
