Set of antique Bohemian decanter and 11 wine stems. France or Venice, circa 1880. This is a very pretty antique set. The decanter has a conical form, all over decorated with etched grape bunch and wine decoration.

With 3 ruby medallions in the middle, which gives more elegance and luxury to the decanter. Some of the gold gilding decoration still there. Together with 11 tall wine stems, decorated with flowers and garlands.

ALL the set is wheel cut and acid etching decoration. Please see photos carefully to admire the beauty of the work. H of the decanter : 11 inches (28 cm) including the stopper.

H of the wine glass : 7 1/4 inches (18.5 cm). Opening diameter :2 1/4 inches (6 cm). Diameter at the base : 3 1/2 inches (8.5 cm). The decanter and the stopper both engraved with number 3.

About 7 or 8 wine glasses most of the gold gilding decoration is almost in a very good condition. There is a major loss to the gold gilding decoration on the other 3 or 4 wine glass stems. One of the wine glasses has a tiny hair line to the base.

No chips, cracks or any damage to the decanter. Major loss to the gold gilding decoration to the decanter.
