American Brilliant Cut Glass Rare Form Hawkes Russian Fancy Decanter Antique

  
#21043 This is a very early Hawkes Russian design decanter. This is a different and unusual shape. The blank is high quality and likely a Corning glass works blank. The stopper is pointy and different. The handle is fluted cut and notched. The very sharp, very precise russian cutting runs fully the the base edge. Then the star cut base also runs to the edge.

The decanter is 11 tall and 4 1/4 diameter. It is in excellent condition with no chips or flakes.
