Georgian 4 Ring Collar Mushroom Stopper Ships Decanter, c. Most likely by Powell or Thomas Webb. This is a lovely hand blown decanter with a ground & polished pontil mark to the base. The collar rings are irregular.
The join of the liquid glass rings can be seen in each ring. The thicknesses of the rings are. The original stopper fits smoothly, is hand blown. This is a delightful and fabulous piece of old glass.
