Here is a rare opportunity to own a set of Exquisite Dorflinger ABCG glass in the "Old Colony" pattern as seen in "Dorflinger, America's Finest Glass" on pages 340 through 344. The book is authored by John Quentin Feller. For your consideration is a decanter and four matching large brandy goblets.

The decanter is 10" to the top of the bottle and 13" to the top of the stopper. Each goblet is 5" tall and 3.5" wide.

When tapped the ring is magical. The cutting on each of these pieces is simply magnificent. The main body of decanter and goblets are cut into incredibly sharp tiny diamonds and above that is a band of even finer cut diamonds. The bottom of the decanter is cut into a feathered star as is the bottom of each brandy goblet.

I have taken several pictures of this set for you. Please consider them as part of the description and enlarge and enjoy them.

I sell only within the Continental U. Thank you for viewing this item. The Dorflinger story started in the mid-1860's when Christian Dorflinger moved his manufacturing of fine glass blanks for cutting and engraving to White Mills in northern Pennsylvania. Within ten years Dorflinger was recognized as the leader in the American Glass Industry. The beautiful "Old Colony" pattern has several pages devoted to it so we know that it dates back to 1921 or earlier. My flash has put a slight yellow hue on the crystal. Please be assured that all the crystal is water white. Dorflinger blanks were known worldwide for their clarity and whiteness.
