This finely silver plated and cut glass claret decanter has some very nice wheel-cut designs depicting what appear to be morning glory, vines and leaves. It has a cut glass skirt and a starburst cut bottom with a ground and highly-polished bottom. The silver plating is 100% intact and could be polished to a higher luster if so desired.
